A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date at the time of the booking.

Details for the party including the date and time (am or pm session) are always put on these deposit invoices, it is your responsibility to check and confirm these are correct. In paying the invoice you are agreeing to the booking on that date and confirming it.

If for any reason you need to cancel the booking - 7 days or less out there will be no refund at all, With 8 days or more notice you will receive back the remainder 50% (not the deposit as that was non-refundable, we turn down a lot of bookings and lose this income if you cancel).

The remainder invoice is by the date indicated on the invoice, failure to pay on this date will result in the booking being cancelled (no refund will be given).

Travel is included in the Roarsome party package and Premium Party package for up to 25km within Christchurch/Surrounding suburbs, this takes us as far as Rangiora and Rolleston.

The price for meet and greets includes the travel for Christchurch City only, Rolleston, Rangiora, West Melton etc will incur a $10 travel charge.

If for any reason we are unable to complete the booking due to unforeseen circumstances or illness at our end eg COVID19, then in that instance you will be refunded and hopefully we can work out something to still bring some Dino Joy to your children at some stage.
